Right to Refuse a Patient
Aussie Pharma has the right to refuse prescribing to a patient, should you have a contraindication to taking steroids, Growth Hormones (GH) and peptides or our physician deems you unsafe to taking these drugs. You will receive a 100% refund in your order.

Aussie Pharma  does not tolerate hostile customers who threaten or harass staff members in any way. This includes hostile acts in person, over the phone, via email, or Internet with slander or defamation against Aussie Pharma. If an individual or individuals violate any of these acts, Aussie Pharma reserves the right to cancel and/or issue a refund, and pursue legal action.


Refund Process

If your product was never delivered, we will provide you with 100% refund of your order (Or your money if you wish to cancel your order). This refund is excluded if you incorrectly provided contact and/or shipping address details. It is important to confirm during the ordering process that you have correctly inputted this information.

Due to Aussie Pharma Regulations, once the product(s) have left the store, been opened or used, the products are no longer in AS NEW condition and are unable to be exchanged or refunded.

Missing or Damaged Return Policy
Products purchased from Aussie Pharma are fully covered by transit insurance. In an unforeseen circumstance your order is damaged or lost in transit please email us directly at, and provide a complete detailed description of what has occurred, photo of the damaged product, along with your name and contact details. We will make it a priority to rectify the issue as soon as possible and if the fault was ours, then you will be compensated fully.



We ship using First Class Mail, Express Mail with very discreet method. We have tested multiple shipping methods and have found this to be the most  successful. Occasionally, we will test new methods, at our discretion. There is a First Class Shipping & Handling fee of $76 for all orders (That is if you choose FIRST CLASS SHIPPING as your method), but note that normal shipping rate is $50. This covers shipping costs and package handling. Certain products may require special shipping and handling conditions. An additional flat rate fee is applied to those eligible
products. We, of course, use discreet packaging.


Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 3 business days to process your funds.

Once your package enters the “paid” status, please allow up to 2 business days for shipping confirmation
(weekends and holidays excluded). The order status will be updated on your order page promptly
thereafter. Given the very sensitive nature of these products, additional measures are taken to ensure a more
successful delivery. Your package will be packed up, go through a number of security checks, and is sent to a
shipping center (post office).

Standard delivery should occur within 10 days of shipment. The ship date is found within your order info.
Given customs control are responsible for approving international packages, transit times are often neither
linear, consistent, nor predictable. For this reason, we must allow for 10 full days of shipping. If no delivery
